Constructionman Trevor J. Stanley, 22, of Virginia Beach, Va., died April 7 while deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Stanley, a Seabee, was assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, homeported in Port Hueneme, Calif. Seaman Stanley was born to Brouquet Hill and Simon Stanley. Trevor loved serving in the Navy and helping people around the world. His spirit could lift your own and his smile could light up the room. He is survived by his mother, Brouquet Hill; father, Simon Stanley; sisters, Jianna Wiley, Janai Stanley and Jenelle Wiley; brother, Mykah Hill; and his step-father, William Hill. A visitation and funeral service will be held at Colonial Funeral Home on Monday, April 16, 2012 from 5:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. and Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with full military honors.
